How Mrs. Frazzled Helped Eric Swalwell's Victims Speak Out (Find Out podcast on YouTube)

The California Governor's race was rocked this week when five women came forward to speak out against gubernatorial candidate, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), for sexual assault. To speak more on this our guest, influencer Mrs. Frazzled, broke the story and walks us through the process of giving these brave women a voice. We'll learn more about how Mrs. Frazzled exposed Swalwell's record concerning infidelity, harassment, and using his Snapchat account to lure women. It's another shameful reminder of how women are never believed and how men in higher office leverage their power to silence their victims.

We also learn about the online blowback Mrs. Frazzled has received for breaking the story and the most outrageous accusations people have made about her. We take the time to prove that she is not a Russian agent and has no motive to throw the California Governor's race to the Republicans. In fact, it's better to learn about this now than after ballots are sent out to California voters on May 4th. Especially since the Republicans were ready to expose Swalwell on this as part of their "October Surprise".

Appeals court panel mulls $1M penalty for Trump in lawsuit against Hillary Clinton - POLITICO

In a scathing 2023 ruling, Florida-based U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks called Trump's lawsuit "a hodgepodge of disconnected, often immaterial events, followed by an implausible conclusion."

"This case should never have been brought. Its inadequacy as a legal claim was evident from the start. No reasonable lawyer would have filed it," wrote Middlebrooks, an appointee of President Bill Clinton. "This is a deliberate attempt to harass; to tell a story without regard to facts."

Alabama is using the notion that embryos are people to surveil and harass women

Using this logic, police in Alabama, and particularly in rural Etowah county, north-east of Birmingham, have repeatedly jailed women for allegedly using drugs ranging from marijuana to meth while pregnant – including women who have claimed that they did not use drugs, and women who turned out not to be pregnant. In 2021, Kim Blalock, a mother of six, was arrested on felony charges after filling a doctor's prescription during a pregnancy; the state of Alabama decided that it knew better than her doctor, and they could criminalize her for following medical advice.

This is not an extreme example: it is the logical conclusion of fetal personhood's legalization – the surveillance, jailing and draconian monitoring of pregnant women, an exercise in voyeuristic sadism justified by the flimsy pretext that it's all being done for the good of children. Except there are no children. Lest this seem like an idea that will necessarily be corrected by political response, or by the ultimate intervention of a federal court on the question, remember that Samuel Alito's majority opinion in Dobbs referred repeatedly to "unborn human beings"…
