Colorado Can Take Months to Warn Consumers of Risky Cannabis Products — ProPublica

Not an Anomaly: In the cases we reviewed, Colorado marijuana regulators took over seven months, on average, to warn the public after receiving a complaint or starting an investigation. 

Open Loopholes: Colorado lacks measures adopted in many other marijuana markets to improve testing procedures that prevent contaminated marijuana from going to stores.

Colorado’s “first public Christian school” is a Constitutional disaster ...

Riverstone Academy in Colorado describes itself as a tuition-free public school open to students in grades K-5. The website also says the school has a “Christian foundation.” The head of Education reEnvisioned BOCES, Ken Witt, who's working with a local public school district, openly referred to Riverstone Academy as “Colorado’s first public Christian school” at a school board meeting. Now, state officials and church/state watchdogs want to know if Colorado plans to fund this Christian school. The lawsuits may be coming very soon...

Reporter allegedly attacked by man saying ‘This is Trump’s America now’

An arrest affidavit in the case said Egan arrived by taxi, pulled up next to Alex – who was on an assignment at the time – at a stoplight and asked: "Are you even a US citizen? This is Trump's America now! I'm a marine and I took an oath to protect this country from people like you!" 

The affidavit described Egan as tackling Alex and putting him in a headlock before Egan "began to strangle him", causing co-workers to run out and help...

Colorado election officials say they identified at least a dozen fraudulent ballots

"Colorado's elections are safe and secure," Secretary of State Jena Griswold wrote in a statement. "This attempt at fraud was found and investigated quickly because of all the trailblazing processes and tools Colorado has in place like signature verification, ballot tracking, and the curing process."

Colorado will now make Catholic hospitals say what services they won't provide

A new Colorado law requires all hospitals to tell the public up front what procedures they won’t perform for non-medical reasons.

That includes Catholic hospitals. So you just KNOW they're mad.
