Law professor and child advocate Warren Binford visited a Border Patrol facility in Clint, Texas, where she saw migrant children held in deplorable conditions without adequate food, facilities or supervision. She says there's no doubt that the Trump administration's immigration policies are illegal. "Everywhere I look, this administration is breaking the law," she says. "The Border Patrol employees that we talked to say they don't understand why the American people aren't outraged by the mismanagement they are experiencing."
