Democrats push GOP to revolt against Mike Johnson on foreign aid

Rep. Dan Kildee (D-Mich.), a member of Democratic leadership, described "frustration, not just with the lack of a clear policy approach, but mostly with the utter incompetence of the Republican leadership."
