Former president Barack Obama has criticised Donald Trump for not facing up to questions from the media, mocking him for walking out of an interview with CBS programme 60 Minutes.
Speaking during a rally in support of Joe Biden in Florida, Obama said: "If he can't answer a tough question like, 'What would you like to do in your second term?' then it's our job to make sure he doesn't get a second term'....
