Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) declared Tuesday morning that it’s “case closed” when it comes to President Trump and special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s Russia investigation. Calling it a “Groundhog Day spectacle,” McConnell said, “This ought to be good news for everyone, but my Democratic colleagues seem to be publicly working through the five stages of grief.”....
