Today we were alerted that Representative Raúl Labrador (R-ID) intends to reintroduce the First Amendment Defense Act (FADA) in the House of Representatives. The bill would allow individuals, many businesses, and nonprofit organizations to discriminate on the basis of their "sincerely held religious beliefs."...
