Remember House Speaker Paul Ryan's response to the really, really bad Congressional Budget Office score for Trumpcare? "I'm actually comforted by the CBO report because it shows, yeah, we're going to lower premiums," he said. Never mind that 23 million people were losing their health insurance—it would reduce premiums for some segment of the population—the segment which isn't over 40 or sick.

Well, there's some bad news for those people, too. They might not pay as much in premiums, but they'll be paying up the wazoo for deductibles....
