Koch network amasses forces for Senate Republicans, but voters want to talk Trump

The Koch brothers have essentially supplanted the Republican party when it comes to the ground work of identifying and turning out their voters. They've created a massive and sophisticated data system, i360, and have a deal in place with the Republican National Committee to use it, and where the Kochs want to use it this cycle is on Senate races, because of course they do.

They want to pretend Trump doesn't exist. It's not working....
