Trump Campaign Sues to Toss Nevada Ballots
The Trump campaign has filed its first election lawsuit since December 2020. The campaign, along with the Republican National Committee, is suing to invalidate a Nevada law that counts mail-in ballots sent back by Election Day and received shortly after. Marc Elias explains the motivation behind the lawsuit and how the GOP is already taking action to cast doubt on the November election.
