EXPOSED: Drug Middleman Uses Fine Print in Military Contract to Cheat Taxpayers?!
At a hearing of the Senate Armed Services Subcommittee on Personnel, U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) questioned Dr. Adam Kautzner, President of Express Scripts, largest pharmacy benefit manager in the United States and exclusive administrator of the military’s TRICARE pharmacy program, and health care experts on the need to reform the Defense Department’s contract with Express Scripts to manage the military’s TRICARE pharmacy program.
