NY Judge Makes MAJOR RULING on Trump SENTENCING
Judge Merchan has delayed the sentencing of Trump for his 34 felony convictions until 9/18 to give the parties time to fully brief the issue as to whether the new United States Supreme Court decision on immunity applies to Donald Trump’s criminal conduct BEFORE he was president, at all. Michael Popok of Legal AF explains why this is the right decision and that Trump will ultimately likely lose on the immunity issue
