"This motion is an example of Trump's kitchen sink litigating style that has gotten him in trouble in the past," said Norm Eisen, a senior fellow at The Brookings Institution, who has been closely monitoring the Georgia case. "I don't believe there's any new arguments in this brief. They don't like the law, so they're trying to distort it into something that it's not."
