With all the news and the frigid weather, it might be time to sit down with a cup of hot tea. And no one poured more tea this week than Michael Wolff, whose forthcoming (but already best-selling) book, “Fire and Fury,” quotes Steve Bannon calling a Trump Tower meeting with Russians “treasonous” and dishes details on the president’s alleged cheeseburger-eating habits. The president has responded to “Fire and Fury” with “cease and desist” and threats of further legal action.
