Detroit is America's 2nd-worst place to find a job, study says

Well, at least it isn't last. It's a new year, which means it's time for a new slew of studies ranking cities across the United States. And here's one that doesn't look so flattering for Detroit: The Motor City ranks second-to-last in WalletHub's "2018 Best Places to Find a Job." To be fair, Detroit ranked last place in the same study last year. The only city that ranks worse this year is Shreveport, La.....
