House Oversight chair to begin Trump administration re-investigating Hillary Clinton

The House Government and Oversight Committee’s mission statement says its goal is to “ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability of the federal government and all its agencies.” The highest-ranking Democrat on the panel, Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD), would like the committee to live up to its maxim, regardless of party.
