Pence falsely claims Clinton wants open borders

Mike Pence warned in the vice presidential debate that Clinton would create open borders — a claim his running mate has also made.

Clinton has never proposed open borders — which would mean allowing people to travel between two countries freely or with few restrictions. She hasn’t even proposed cutting funding for border control. In 2013, she supported a bill that would have invested billions more in border security. Clinton has also explicitly said that she will enforce immigration laws, including deporting criminals and individuals who pose a threat to public safety....
