An Arrest With Dropped Charges at Winston-Salem School Board Meeting — ProPublica
In the dozens of incidents ProPublica examined, some of which involved threats and violence, only one person who disrupted a meeting was given a jail sentence: a college student protesting in support of transgender rights. By contrast, almost all of the other individuals, including Jensen, railed against the adoption of mask mandates, the teaching of "divisive concepts" concerning racial inequality and the availability of books with LGBTQ+ themes in school libraries.
