Minnesota Wins Key Ruling Against Big Oil in Climate Lawsuit
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit today handed Minnesota a major victory in its climate fraud lawsuit against ExxonMobil, Koch Industries, and the American Petroleum Institute.
