I never want to hear President Trump whine about phony accounts of voter fraud again. On Wednesday, he suggested North Carolina voters should test their vote-by-mail system, thereby committing what amounts to voter fraud. “Let them send it in and let them go vote, and if their system’s as good as they say it is, then obviously they won’t be able to vote," Trump said. "If it isn’t tabulated, they’ll be able to vote.” This would be illegal — and obviously so. Attorney General William P. Barr pleaded ignorance on Wednesday as to whether voting twice is a crime and also ducked a question from CNN’s Wolf Blitzer about how many actual voter fraud claims the feds have pursued. (Hint: Hardly any.) Trump and his enablers have gone from making up claims of voter fraud to countenancing and encouraging it. ....
