Democrats Are Paving the Way to Impeach Donald Trump

And on Thursday, Politico reported that Democrats are exploring whether refusing to fully divest could put the incoming president in violation of the STOCK Act, which prevents insider trading by members of Congress and their staffs. Democrats are reportedly holding meetings with ethics experts and legal counsel this week to determine how the law could apply to the president, and whether it would criminalize any efforts by Trump or his children to profit off of any non-public information.
