The 911 Call That Prompted Police To Shoot An Unarmed Therapist Pokes Holes In The Police Narrative

Last week, a police officer shot therapist Charles Kinsey as he tried to help his patient, Arnaldo Rios, who’d strayed from a local group home. Police have defended the shooting by saying they got a 911 call warning them that Rios had a gun and was dangerous.
