Senate Republicans threaten to filibuster a historic voting rights bill in their ongoing effort to suppress the votes of people that do not vote for them. Ending the filibuster might not be possible, but it can be changed. Luckily Al Franken has a plan to reform the filibuster and restore it to its intended purpose.
