Although administration health officials claim that any adult who wants a vaccine will be able to get one, experts say that is unlikely to be the case in practice.

He went on to outline barriers the new restrictions have imposed: "Insurance won't cover off-label use ($150+ costs), pharmacies can't administer [vaccines] without CDC recommendations you haven't issued, and you eliminated Pfizer for under-5s entirely."
