Jamie Raskin explains why the 2nd Amendment does not mean people can start their own militia or rebel against the Government. In fact, the Constitution, and U.S. history, says the opposite. The Constitution gives the Government the duty to suppress armed rebellion, both from within and foreign. How, then, do people suppose the same Constitution gives random people the right to armed rebellion?
