Paul Pelosi, husband of Nancy Pelosi, attacked in San Francisco home - The Washington Post

Paul Pelosi, 82, was taken to a hospital and underwent surgery to repair a skull fracture and "serious injuries to his right arm and hands," according to the speaker's office. He is expected to make a full recovery. 

The attack at the Pelosi home comes after a dramatic increase in threats since the attack on the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2001. This week alone, three men were convicted of aiding in a plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. In a separate case, a man was convicted Friday of threatening to kill Rep.
