Adam Kinzinger says Donald Trump and Mike Pompeo set Afghanistan withdrawal "in motion"

"Do not let my colleagues pretend today that Trump and Pompeo didn't set in motion the Afghanistan withdrawal. They did," Kinzinger tweeted on Tuesday.
