In this video, Prof. Wolff comments on the recent scandal surrounding the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) rolled out by the government to help businesses affected by the Coronavirus outbreak. The largest beneficiaries of the program have been the very same people who oppose and condemn government support. Yet another grotesque example of big capitalists making money at everybody else's expense.
