Donald Trump. During his address at the United Nations on Tuesday, President Donald Trump went further than he ever had before in threatening military action against North Korea. "If [the United States] is forced to defend itself or its allies, we will have no choice but to totally destroy North Korea," Trump told the gathering at the UN's annual General Assembly.
