Columbus Police Chief recommends 24-hour suspension for officer seen kicking suspect

Columbus Division of Police Chief Kim Jacobs has recommended a 24 hour suspension for Zachary Rosen, the officer caught on camera kicking a suspect on the ground. The chief’s recommendation now goes to the Columbus Director of Public Safety for a final determination. It will be up the Director of Public Safety to determine whether to uphold the recommended suspension or take some other action....
